Hello

I started Breathe4 with the goal of offering curious people a glimpse into thoughts and experiences in-which I believe has enriched my life. 

These healthy habits are intended to inspire sustainable and progressive growth in physical,mental, spiritual, and resourceful aspects of life.  Such practices involve provoking thoughts of confidence, a more honest and vulnerable sense of self, as well as becoming more comfortable with the uncomfortable (resistance) in your life.  Focusing and sustaining motivation inside of us, as well as the discipline to eliminate distractions outside of us, allows our ability to navigate through the world with a much more calm and clear mind.   I hope you take some time to explore the blog and see how, "Why is the Drive."
